Bookings and deposits

A small deposit is required for weddings and larger events to secure your date. The deposit is deducted from your final balance.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment may incur a fee equal to the deposit. Bookings can be rescheduled at no charge subject to Jess's availability.

Travel

Travel within the Hawkesbury and Hills District is included. A small travel fee may apply for further-out Sydney locations such as the Blue Mountains or eastern suburbs.

Products and allergies

Jess uses high-quality, sanitised products. Please advise of any allergies or sensitivities at the time of booking so suitable products can be selected. Maternity bookings use pregnancy-safe products by default.

Liability

Glams on the Move accepts no liability for any reactions where allergies or sensitivities were not disclosed at the time of booking.
